※ Enjoy room upgrade. (Subject to occupancy rate on the day, the highest upgrade is to the Cozzi Corner Room).

※ Soft Power Breakfast is provided only on the first night of stay. From the second night onward, breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant and cannot be changed or rescheduled.

※ Pick-up time: 08:30 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. on the following morning.

※ Pick-up method: Guests may choose front desk pick-up or in-room delivery. Please indicate your preference when booking. If no preference is given, please pick up your breakfast at the front desk between 08:30 A.M. – 08:45 A.M.

※ In case of typhoons or other special circumstances, the hotel will follow Soft Power’s closure announcements, and the Soft Power Breakfast may not be available.

1. Blackout days: Subject to availability as shown in the booking system.

2. The room rate already subject to 10% service charge and 5% tax.

3. Room upgrades and late check-outs are subject to availability on the day of check-in. Room upgrades are available up to a Cozzi Corner Room. Guests must present valid identification at the front desk upon check-in to enjoy this special offer.

4. The booking can be canceled or changed at the latest 3 days before the check-in date after the booking is confirmed.
