- Precautions
- Visitors under the age of 12 need to be accompanied with a parent. Visitors above the age of 12 can only be a companion but cannot use the facilities in 8. There are free lockers in the park. Visitors should guard their valuables after entering the park. Chiao-hu Wonderland is not responsible for keeping the items.. Parents and children cannot take turns in using the facilities. Parents are obligated to take full responsibility of their children's guardianship and safety.
- Parents and children must ensure the wellbeing of their personal health condition is suitable to use facilities or participate in activities of Chiao-hu Wonderland. Visitors with fever, infectious diseases or special diseases (such as heart disease, epilepsy, etc.),Chiao-hu Wonderland reserves the right to prohibit entry of site; if parents or children are unwell after entering the amusement park, they should immediately notify staff on site.
- Parents and children are required to measure forehead temperature, take off shoes, wear anti-slip socks, and clean their hands before entering. They can bring their own towels to wipe off sweat or prepare clothes for children to change.
- In order to avoid injury to themselves or others, parents and children are advised to wear non-slip socks when entering the park. Sharp objects, accessories (such as hairpins, pins), and fragile objects (such as glasses) must be removed. Regulations for facilities should be followed, any injury caused by the violator, either to his/herself or to others, the liability should be borne by the violator.
- Parents and children should follow the professional guidance and instruction of on-site staff. If the staff judges that the parents or children are not suitable for using a certain facility or participating in activities, he/she has the right to stop visitors from using it at all times. For safety reasons, the staff of each area obtains the right to control number of people entering.
- Parents and children should jointly maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the environment and facilities in the park. Food, beverages (except drinking water), pets and dangerous objects are prohibited in the park. Eating and drinking are completely prohibited. Young children should wear diapers. In response to environmental protection, visitors can bring their own water bottles. If the facilities in the park are damaged due to defecation and other circumstances, a compensation fee of NTD 3,000 is required.
- All facilities and equipment such as teaching aids, dolls, books, etc. of Chiao-hu Wonderland are only for use in the park, and are not allowed to be taken out. Please notify the staff immediately if visitors find any loss or damage.

- There is a risk of accidental injury while playing. The aforementioned risks include but are not limited to physical abrasions, collisions, trapping over, etc. of parents, children, or other third parties. Parents must fulfill their guardianship responsibilities and fully understand, as well as be willing to bear the risks.
- All venues under its jurisdiction are covered by public accident liability insurance, but those who are not injured due to the services or facilities of the park will not be covered by insurance claims.
- Chiao-hu Wonderland reserves the right to modify the content, and the revised terms will be announced in Chiao-hu Wonderland or published on the official website.。
