I. Check-in and Reservation Information

What are the standard check-in/check-out times and the policy for late check-out? Check-in at 16:00; check-out at 11:00. Late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges. Late check-out requests will be handled based on same-day availability; guests are advised to inquire with the front desk in advance. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay alone.
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations made before 16:00 one day prior to arrival are free of charge (excluding special promotional packages).According to the Tourism Bureau’s Standardized Contract, cancellations made before 16:00 one day prior to arrival incur no charge; cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged the first night’s room rate. Special promotional packages are subject to individual package terms.
What is the policy for additional guests and extra beds for children? Most room types provide baby cribs. Extra bed service is charged at NT$1,500 + 15% per night (breakfast not included). Please make your request in advance at the time of booking.
Can guests under 18 years old stay alone? No. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay alone.To ensure guest safety, if all occupants and accompanying guests are under 18 years old, the hotel will not accept the reservation. Cancellation policies will follow the Tourism Bureau’s standardized contract.
How can I check my reservation details? Please check the reservation confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.A confirmation email will be sent within 30 minutes after a successful official website booking. What payment methods are accepted at the hotel? Multiple credit cards are accepted, and mobile payment options are also available.

Cash and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are accepted. Apple Pay is supported for mobile payments.

Can HOTEL COZZI accept National Travel Card ? Yes. HOTEL COZZI is an authorized National Travel Card merchant.Accommodation and dining expenses at all HOTEL COZZI locations may be paid using the National Travel Card.
Does the hotel provide foreign currency exchange services? Yes. The hotel provides foreign currency exchange services (foreign passport or valid identification required). Does the hotel have a swimming pool? There is no swimming pool facility on the premises.All HOTEL COZZI locations nationwide ((Minsheng Taipei, ZhongxiaoTaipei , COZZI Blu, Ximen Tainan, and Zhongshan Kaohsiung) do not have swimming pool facilities. If you wish to enjoy water activities, please contact the front desk for recommendations of nearby attractions.
Are in-room safes available? Yes. Each guest room is equipped with an electronic safe that can accommodate a 15-inch laptop.
Does the hotel provide baby amenities for guests traveling with children? Yes. The hotel provides complimentary baby amenities such as baby cribs, baby bathtubs, and bottle sterilizers. Which in-room amenities may be taken away? Only slippers and non-woven fabric bags may be taken from the guest room. All other items should not be removed from the hotel.To ensure that all guests enjoy complete facilities and a comfortable environment, in-room equipment (such as towels, pillows, hair dryers, and decorative items) is for in-hotel use only. Any loss or unauthorized removal will be charged at market price.
Which room types at COZZI Blu have bathtubs? All room types, except Corner Family Room, are equipped with bathtubs to enhance guest relaxation during their stay.

How can I get to the hotel from Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station? The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service. The boarding point is located at Platform 10, Exit 5 of Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station. Please present your accommodation or dining reservation confirmation to the driver before boarding.The hotel is conveniently located near Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station and the Airport MRT. What are the details of the hotel shuttle service? The shuttle operates daily from 10:00 to 16:45, departing every 30 minutes, with a service break between 13:00 and 14:00. The journey takes approximately 3 minutes from the HSR station to the hotel and about 18 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The fixed schedule ensures efficient connections with HSR services.
Where is the hotel parking entrance? Can parking spaces be reserved? The hotel provides contracted parking on B2–B3. During the stay, each room is entitled to up to 24 hours of complimentary parking per night. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted.The indoor parking facility is managed by the operator "City Parking," which is responsible for maintenance and management. V. Others

About the HOTEL COZZI brand HOTEL COZZI is a brand under Cathay Hospitality Management. There are currently five HOTEL COZZI properties across Taiwan. COZZI Blu, the flagship property, officially opened in August 2020. It is Taiwan’s first flagship hotel designed with an ocean-inspired theme, integrated with the adjacent Xpark Aquarium to create a new immersive travel destination.
Pet policy To maintain accommodation quality, only guide dogs assisting visually impaired guests are permitted. No other animals are allowed to enter or stay at the hotel.
